Technical Breakthrough: High-Turndown Pneumatic Combustion Control Solution for 1-Ton/Hour Premix Fully Premixed Combustion

Addressing the steam output requirement of 1 ton per hour (1t/h), this solution achieves a major technological breakthrough in the field of industrial boilers by pioneering the deep integration of premix fully premixed combustion technology with a high-turndown pneumatic air-fuel ratio control system.

 

The core innovation lies in overcoming the stability bottleneck of traditional fully premixed combustion technology at low loads. Through a unique pneumatic control structure design, the system achieves a high turndown ratio over an ultra-wide range (typically reaching 10:1 or higher). This ensures that the boiler maintains a precise, optimal air-fuel ratio across the entire operating range from very low load to full load. This not only eliminates energy waste caused by "oversized drivers for small loads" but also guarantees stable steam pressure, highly efficient flue gas condensation throughout the process, and ultra-low nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.

 

Compared to traditional electronic proportional control, this pneumatic air-fuel ratio control scheme offers advantages such as faster response speed, stronger anti-interference capability, and intrinsic safety. Furthermore, it is easier to commission, operate, and maintain.
